The largest lake in Slovenia is Lake Bohinj. Slovenia is home to as many as 260 waterfalls, out of which Boka is the highest one.

The currency of Slovenia is Euro. They follow the system of ‘Parliamentary Republic.’

The language spoken in Slovenia is Slovenian or Slovene which is similar to other Slavic languages. Many people speak English, German and Italian.

Slovenia is a land of numerous small castles. The most famous ones are in Ptuj, Pdsreda, Ljubljana, Bled, Celji, Velenje & Brezice.

The major industries are ferrous metallurgy and aluminum products, lead and zinc smelting, truck and electronics. Agriculture is mainly potatoes, hosp, sugar beets, wheat and cattle.
