Bill Murray is the fifth of nine children. He and the majority of his siblings worked as caddies at a local golf course in order to pay for their tuition for private school.
He attended Regis College in Denver where he was set to study medicine. However, he dropped out after he was arrested for marijuana possession.
Joined the cast of “Saturday Night Live” in 1975 and is considered by fans to be one of the most iconic and best actors to ever appear on the popular comedy show.
